We will promptly dispatch a replacement item along with a prepaid packaging slip for returning the defective item to us, at no cost to you. Remember to always store all Hemp products away from direct sunlight and in cool environments. Hemp can lose potency when exposed to excessive heat. Here are some specific care instructions for each product:

Cream: Store away from sunlight.

Spray: Shake the can before each use. Occasionally, clean the spray nozzle with a q-tip if residue builds up. It's normal for the nozzle to turn brown, simply wipe it off as needed.

Tincture: Keep tincture bottles away from sunlight. Avoid placing the dropper in your mouth to prevent bacteria from entering the bottle. Consider washing the dropper after each use or periodically to maintain cleanliness.

We understand that some individuals may hesitate to purchase Hemp creams due to previous experiences with product separation. Our creams are designed to maintain their integrity for longer periods compared to other brands, but there are factors to consider.

Leaving a tube in the car or exposing it to direct sunlight can accelerate the separation process, as Hemp is sensitive to UV light. As a result of the high milligram strength of Hemp in our products, over time, the cream may develop a slight yellow tint. Rest assured, this is perfectly normal and will not impact the product's efficacy. Typically, this discoloration occurs after an opened tube has been left unused for several months. Oxidation is a common occurrence with many cosmetic products, depending on their ingredients.
